100% sourdough made using organic wheat flour including a touch of whole wheat to give a mild nutty flavour and golden colour. This loaf generally has a creamy rather than sour finish.
Like all of our sourdough breads it is slow fermented over 3 days before being baked on a stone sole to be ready for you to enjoy within an hour or two of coming out of the oven.
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, purified spring water, organic rye flour, sea salt, canola or sunflower oil (trace only).
