Our croissants are made using a slow-leavening process at cold temperatures over 3 days to fully develop the flavour of the dough. We then laminate the dough with pure butter. See full ingredient list below.
Best eaten fresh on bake day. The croissants can also be warmed in a slow to moderate oven for 10 minutes. Or you can split them and pop them under the grill briefly.
All of our croissants and pastries include natural leaven as well as commercial yeast.
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, milk, butter, natural leaven (water, wheat flour), organic rapadura sugar, commercial baker’s yeast, salt and egg.
