Our danishes are made with seasonal and preserved fruit, including local spray free fruit when possible. Let us know if you have excess, we will trade for bread or pastries!

Our danishes are made using our own Mt Emu farm free range eggs and freshly picked fruit.
All of our croissants and pastries include natural leaven as well as commercial yeast.
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, milk, butter, natural leaven (wheat flour, water), baker’s yeast, purified spring water, seasonal fruit (check with us), sugar, egg, vanilla bean, salt, icing sugar mixture (cane sugar, tapioca or maize starch).
