These terms and conditions apply to any purchases made via this website, as well as general use and access to the website.

Below we have listed the practical bits of our much longer full Terms and Conditions policy.
- Pick up orders are to be collected from your nominated pickup location on the date selected for pick up. For food hygiene reasons ‘pick up’ orders not collected on the day nominated in your order will be returned to Tawonga Baker for disposal.
- If delivery is requested, a fee may be applicable, dependant on the delivery location and order value.
- We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to a particular address. For example if access is perceived as difficult or dangerous.
- Our deliveries generally occur between the times specified on the selected bake day. All delivery times are approximate only. It is the responsibility of the ordering party to ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address to receive the goods. For residential deliveries if no one is present the items will be left at the doorstep. If you plan not be home we recommend leaving a secure food-safe container to place the item or items in (such as a clean Esky with a secure lid). Tawonga Baker is not responsible for any missing or partially missing orders.
- Orders cancelled within 72hrs before 9am on the nominated pick up/delivery day are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If there is a genuine fault with your product, we will replace it or refund the purchase price.
