100% sourdough fruit bread packed with figs, apricots, currants and sultanas. This comes as the classic boule (round loaf) or you can choose a short or long high-top version. We bake this till the crust is dark and caramelised to give the best flavour.
Like all of our sourdough breads it is slow fermented over 3 days before being baked on a stone sole to be ready for you to enjoy within an hour or two of coming out of the oven.
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, purified spring water, dried fruit (sultanas, currants, figs, apricots - organic where possible), organic stoneground whole rye flour, sea salt, canola or sunflower oil (trace only).
Allergen advice: Contains gluten and possibly sulphites (if on the rare occasion we are not able to use all organic fruit). May contain sesame, other seeds and nuts. Made on equipment that also processes soy, milk and egg products.
