Organic sourdough bread made with whole rye flour wheat flour. Made extra special with the addition of molasses, fennel and caraway seeds. This dark rye bread is fantastic with Swiss-style cheese or, butter and leatherwood honey (a personal favourite).

Like all of our sourdough breads it is slow fermented over 3 days before being baked on a stone sole to be ready for you to enjoy within an hour or two of coming out of the oven.

Ingredients: organic wheat flour, organic stoneground rye flour, purified spring water, natural leaven, molasses (sulphur free), sea salt, caraway seeds, fennel seeds, sunflower or canola oil (trace only).

Allergen advice: Contains gluten. May contain sesame, other seeds and nuts. Made on equipment that also processes milk and egg products.
