Made using a slow-leavening process over 3 days to fully develop the flavour of the dough, our hand-rolled pain au chocolat are made with the best quality Belgian chocolate we can find. This means a few extra food miles, but we think they are worth it.*

All of our croissants and pastries include natural leaven as well as commercial yeast.

*More than happy to swap to a local chocolate if we can find one as good.

Ingredients: organic wheat flour, milk, butter, natural leaven (wheat flour, water), baker’s yeast, organic rapadura sugar, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soy, lecithin, vanillin), salt, egg.
